Before we can withdraw using debit card, many people manage to use US bank to withdraw their money using that way. Maybe its not easy way. But its another method we can try as long as we can withdraw the money.

Debit card can withdraw ? I understand you can only use the money inside directly for paying for your food, cloth and etc thing rather than withdraw. Please verify which is which.

Debit card can withdraw it at atm bank only. Not in our bank account. I thought you already know about that. Like public bank debit card. We can use it to withdraw paypal money at atm bank. But its take 4-7 days before we can withdraw it at atm bank after you ask it..

What you mean you can withdraw in ATM machne and then it takes 4 to 7 days to withdraw again? Do you mean initially you will made the request to cash out and the money will only go into your account in 4 to 7 days time. When come to 2nd request in ATM, you can actually see the money. Is that the real picture?

What is the fee?

USD5 is not huge. Is this the fee for any amount you cash out from the ATM machine? The procedure above seem easy. Next time will give a try.

I don't think public bank will charge any fee. But when i see others people statement. They not get any deduct in their debit card. Most of them happy and the rate is around RM3.3 and above. Yes. Paypal only take 5 dollar for the fee and of course its easy..

In the event there is no charge, how about the debit card annual fee? Do you have to pay the card fee yearly? As for the exchange rate, you state RM3.30, I don't think this is fix. It will go on follow the Bank Negara rate. Anyway, this will be great to have debit card from Public Bank. Let me ask more info next Friday in the counter there.
