This is not provided to my counbtry, I cant even withdraw to a bank account.
And I think paypal had thier own card, you can order it free its a paypal visa card that charges through your paypal account

For international members, you can always request a check for a fee. It may help you if you read the other threads before posting. Usually all common facilities of Paypal would have been already discussed.

Adding a cerdit card to Paypal account or an account number is the best way to withdraw the funds from Paypal.
They are now offering Paypal Debit Cards (Mastercard) with very good benefits which could be the alternative way to withdraw the money from Paypal.
I'm using my Visa cerdit cards to withdraw mine.

The Paypal debit card isn't an international service, it's only for some specified countries (US/UK as well) but you can add your own credit card to your account and withdraw the funds, they charge a little fees (5$ as i think) i think they don't need an exchange service to do so with customers because it allow us to withdraw the funds to bank accounts, credit cards, even a check ! so i think that why they don't allow to exchange their currency :

I am extremelysorry, but it wasnt me who started that thread
Anyways, its my first time to know about this cheque thing, but i cant seem to find it.
Any instructions will be apreciated, Pm them to me if possible.
