As far as I know, the only thing to raise the limits is to verify your paypal account with a credit card or debit card that is either Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, or Bank(new feature). That is what I did with my paypal account.
But in your case since paypal is not available in your country, then that would be the problem there. |

I think PayPal is available in most of the Asian countries. It is not available only in a few countries. You can check and find whether it is available now.

Right. Paypal started its availability in our country just January of this year. I am from an Asian country and I'm really glad that paypal is now available here. It is really of great help since I am having online jobs and paypal is how I get my online payments.

I have this Odesk Mastercard powered by Payooner. I got the card because I work as a freelancer for Odesk. Since I have problem verifying my paypal account , I use my Odesk Mastercard. Now, I can withdraw funds because of Odesk Mastercard.

Try to check from your country if paypal is already available.
Then check which banks are affiliated with paypal. Credit/Debit cards that work with paypal are Master Card, Visa, AmEx, and Discover. |

Yes, it is. You can withdraw money in any ATM machines with Mastercard logo, however the withdrawal fee which is $2.15. I suggest that you just have to limit your withdrawal.

Yes, you are right, Paypal is currently not available for people residing in Pakistan at the moment.
Signing up with Paypal would inevitably mean that you will be violating the Terms and Conditions which may render your account frozen or limited in time. What some did is to pretend to be from the US, India or China where Paypal is accepted and use a Virtual Credit Card to verify the account or keep it unverified. You will probably also need to mask your IP address so that you appear from the country you claim to be in. There are those who have relatives in Paypal approved countries and get their relatives to sign up the account for their use. Regards |
