Default Perfect Money

Im scanning this site as a new user and not finding much on the ecurrency Perfect Money. I have wired them money and not received credit for the wire, and the "customer support" seems to be a single individual named Andrew Lionel whom gives his title as "customer support manager". He offers no assistance whatsoever in looking into the matter, and as it turns out, Perfect Money has changed bank accounts recently from New Zealand to Guatamala. I am simply instructed to keep waiting. Has anyone else had problems with receiving credit for wires direct to PM? What has your experience been?

Hello Ricardo, may name is also Ricardo.I don´t speack english, only spanish but I can to say I also have wired money and not received credit for the wire.
I have wired them in 26 Nov and today 8 Dec. the money is not in my account. I am from Spain in may mail is informacion@ingresosnet.com
I have wire to BOLDER COUNCELLING SERVICES, SA in Guatemala.

Hi, Ricardo, I am from France. I have made a bank wire to perfect money on 18 Nov and I always can not receive my money in my PM account 20 days later, just like you. I have sent also to that bank in Guatemala. I think that we are not only persons in this situation with perfect money, and I am sure that perfect money has some problems with their banks. The support manager from PM told me that they should clairify their receives to the banks and he has no idea for the time it will take to. I hope that perfect money can resolve the problems and finish our bank wires soonly. If not, we should say that PM is a true SCAMMER, and we need more victims like us to contest them. I will wait for still several days before making a action.

Hello, thank you very much by your commentaries. I belive that if day 2 of January we have not received the money we must denounce to the police(Interpol) the swindle. I tomorrow will go to my bank to demand the money of the wire in case the accounts the perfect money is blocked.

Yes I have the same problem.send a transference to Perfect Money the 26 of November and they have not paid in my account. It is necessary to denounce to the police

Perfect Money won't give out bank wire receipts to my friend or any of the other transfers they make out of their accounts, so there is no way to find out that they actually send money to you.
My friend sent money on november 23. Still nothing.

They won't even give the information to the receiving bank so that they can trace the wire. Its like you would give someone $1000 and say I hope you send it to me.

Ask Perfect Money what banks they use. There is no reason to deny anyone this information. Ask your bank how long it takes to trace a transfer. They will likely say within a week. Perfect Money says that it takes several weeks which is not true.

I would contact the police about them.

Thumbs down Perfect Money

Hi I used PM not because I wanted to but because a company by the name of Van Funds which I was an investor canceled my account for no reason or sense! They then told me that they would refund my money was through PM. I had to open a account with them, the company transfered the funds to PM and ever since it has been a nightmare! They were suppose to wire it to my bank and all they tell me is that the banks are giving them a problem, but they cannot specifie why. I e-mail him every day and he tells me that he does not know when the money will come back! Bottom line DO NOT USE THEM, there is nothing perfect about PM! I am going to give them a little more time and then getting ready to report them.
