egold account is unsafe for me...i don't think that egold is the best choice since we have many merchants to use beside egold..my egold account has been block with out any reason

other than it can be hacked easily, e-gold dont really have a standard procedure to handle scenario like this. you can open as many account as you like with any details you want. the problem is sometimes you dont remember that detail lol

My brother has a problem with e-gold. He changed his e-gold passphrase and email password at the same day, but right the next day he forgot the new passphrase and the email password. He had contact e-gold for new passphrase and he got it but still cannot open his e-gold account since e-gold sent AccSent pin to his email. Previously he called e-gold and he can talk to e-gold staff, but now when he call e-gold, there's nobody answer the phone. I think he will just lost his $82 there.

Can you tell me how you/your brother contacted e-gold the first time?

this is what i'm talking about, sometimes we could just forgot the password and ask for a new pin to be sent to our e-mail. normally there wont be a problem with the new pin so i'm not sure what's wrong with your brother's account. he should've clear things up on the first call

i never got a limited paypal account ! just e-gold has blocked my 1st account because i was using HYIPs and i didn't knew about their report about that ! but recently none has frozen my account !

First he sent contact support through e-gold website. Then he made a phone call, but there's no answer. This is because he change both e-gold and email password at the same time as a routine precaution, but so unfortunate he forgot both.

I cannot let my brother join online forum because I'm afraid both of us got banned by forum admin since obviously we will use same ip address. But if admin allow, I can ask him to post himself. Maybe I can ask him to gave me the copy of his email correspondence from e-gold and yahoo about this matter and post it here.

why should he use his friends account,he can register one by himself.if he continue use other persons account then he will meet many problems thats unpredictable

Well so far my track records are very clear and I haven't any problems with any E-curruncy website. Only once a time my account was closed on Strompay due to payment problems with 12daily Pro but it will be re-open after contact them. PayPal is best for me and I used well so no problem for me.
