First he sent contact support through e-gold website. Then he made a phone call, but there's no answer. Then someone from e-gold call his phone and he can talk to them but the connection was very bad at that time. In his e-mail he ask e-gold to block his e-gold account because he forgot the passphrase and his e-mail password that he just changed. He though his email and e-gold were hacked. Then e-gold sent him temporary passphrase to his home address. Then he try to use the new passphrase to login, then e-gold sent AccSent pin to his email address. Since he cannot open his e-mail, then he cannot open his e-gold due to the AccSent pin. Then he email e-gold telling them that he already got the passphrase but he still cannot open his e-gold due to the AccSent pin sent to his email that he cannot open. Then he call e-gold. In the email e-gold replied he can temporary disable the AccSent function provided that he reply the email (he also not sure the exact instruction here), but there's no reply. Then he try to call e-gold, but there's no answer or call back at all since then.

This is because he change both e-gold and email password at the same time as a routine precaution, but so unfortunate he forgot both.
I cannot let my brother join online forum because I'm afraid both of us got banned by forum admin since obviously we will use same ip address. But if admin allow, I can ask him to post himself. Maybe I can ask him to gave me the copy of his email correspondence from e-gold and yahoo about this matter and post it here.
