the fees are high a bit ! i tried to withdraw 25$ to egold, but they said they will take 6$ as a fee :O thatīs a high rate, but i exchanged it with "tropical consulting" if you know him ! he accept to exchange altergold for egold, paypal, e-bullion...

Hello There,

Well I Want To discuss about AlterGold, What After They Got Back Their Website After The DDos Attacks !

I don't think they will do any progress because it was such a failure for them.
The site didn't change in anything and I think we'll see it close very soon.

their site was down, not an idea to scam on people, but they had DDos attacks as happend with pecunix !
but i think they will not close, because lots of users are joining altergoldshare and investing there and they get profits by surfing ! and those profits can be withdrawn to EG/LR/CC ... so this is a good tip to gain supporters

I think that there are some sites that accept depositing by using altergold but i don't know if its good to have most of the money at altergold or not ?
may be its good in case of small amounts only , as it will be very bad if i have most of the money at altergold and then it suffers a DDOS attack ,,

AlterGold is right now the best solution for me, Some thing like All E-Gold, LibertyReserve, Western Union and others all in the same place with 1 Processor... I have no idea why they are calling AlterGold a Scam, I don't see any proves that they are a scam posted nowhere, and beside that many sites just started to add it as one of their main processors

I think having e-Gold and Liberty Reserve accounts is enough. Because Alter Gold is such an unknown currency.
I never thought they are scammers like you said, but the infamous currencies will be consequently ignored by people.
Let's face it, if we say Paypal got attacked, most of us won't believe it because Paypal has the best reputation among the e-currencies.

well paypal has a very strong system against hackers and many of the new pp just ignore the security ignore it or go for a less costly solution and they then pay the price for it .see libertyreserve with strong security it is very famous

I agree with you, Paypal and Liberty Reserve both have the best security system.
That's why we never hear about people who get their Paypal or Liberty Reserve hacked.
Both are invulnerable against hackers or viruses.

actually accounts that get hacked are not the fault of the system, they are very secure, but its the users fault, either he accessed his account on a shared PC, or his computer was infected. But hacking the system to get the accounts thats highly unlikely in most payment processors.

Generally you're right, but let me ask you a question: do you know any one who get his Paypal or Alertpay or Liberty Reserve hacked?
I think the answer would be "NO", because all these three currencies are secured against hackers.
