Why not, you can have more than what you are expecting. Question is not to create those accounts contiously which I think Paypal can block and ban later. Maybe everyday create one account will do.

Anyone know if the debit card example like Public Bank can verify a personal Paypal account or we need to have the premium account as a minimum requirement?

When you're using paypal..
make sure you not involve with selling any kind of
MLM, Hype and any Ponzi system.
If paypal figure out... you'll account will be freeze

Paypal cannot work in MLM? Anyone can confirm? I though affiliate is partially from MLM too. The same go to the direct sale where they have bunch of downline system. Why MLM can't and what make MLM, affiliate and direct sale different in Paypal systerm?

There are some black sheep among MLM scheme which I think you are aware of that blacken MLM reputations.

If the MLM is legal in selling for example the health care item, do you think Paypal will accept?

Maybe. But depend on the situation. I don't think any MLM in our country use paypal today for payment processor.

Health care products is be a grey area here. Some health care products could be fake stuffs or stuffs that have no benefits hor.
