The registration form you are referring, is this the softcopy from Paypal web site or the hard copy in your country? I still cannot understand how to get different IP in through Internet. If hardcopy, I also surprise if there is hardcopy too.

What he's talking about is the signup page in paypal. That's all. Softcopy if you wish.

But IP isn't something paypal checks. they just check that multiple accounts are not created. I believe a few countries are banned from paypal usage, other than that...

If they do not check multiple account through the IP, what else can be used to check?

They don't check thru country-wise stuff.

Try it, you can get a paypal account in any country you like, but you can't withdraw from it.

Like i said, what's the point??

Nope. They will check using IP address. I know about that. They already did it to me before and make my account suspend for 3 month. After i submit my details to them. They open back my account in few hours. So, be careful about that..

What Titan say here is true. I created many Paypal acounts continously face the same ending. Later I learn to create Paypal account weekly and now I am safe. I can have few accounts today

Titan, you say you submit detail to them, what detail? Is this sent in email?

Its fine. You can use VCC to verify your paypal. Its only cost you a few dollar. Its depend on you if you want to open paypal account or not. Its easy to verify paypal account now.

U don't need to verify a paypal account to use one. But it is good to verify one if you are going to have a lot of money in your account
