Well, no doubt that the Paypal is much better than any payment processor currently. As for security, its much safe to use it for different online transactions. Really, I don`t know why don`t they add the rest of the excluded countries to their approval country list. It will be more popular that time .. what do you think ?

This simple mathematic also you lazy. In less than 1 second, you can already know the answer. Just get 7000/200, remove the zero and in less than 1 second, you can obtain the answer. I wonder you are so hardworking, in fact the same time can be used to get the answer faster than typing the sentence "hm..I really lazy to calculate how many INR worth with 1usd.."

Paypal take step by step in his implementation throughout the world bank. You can check under the FAQ site and surely you can see the improvement they have from year to year.

Well, you are right ..
They are making improvment from time to time and I can see that ..
Many friends advised me to open an account using different country choosen in the registeration form becasue what I mentioned above .. but I deny to do it .. maybe I should wait for Paypal to approve my country that looks better and safe for me

Open Paypal acocunt with IP from different country? A big surprise to hear this. How to do that? Through proxy site?

Nope .. I guess you got it wrong ..
I mean, when I register as a new member in Paypal .. my friends adviced me to choose another country from the signup form .. cause I`m from Egypt and itsn`t listed in their approval list ... hope you get it clear now ..

I got lake of knowledge and info about Paypal, thats why I`m asking you guys , and regards getting my money, I think it will be much enough for me to exchange em with a local trusted exchanger

Yes. I think many people already did that. BUt i believe paypal can detect it from your IP right? So, did you manage to get any payment from others member? Then, did paypal said anything to you?
