he did changed my password on my email on yahoo. so i changed the password on my paypal. so that he will not able to log in again. so you mean it will take another 30 days before i get payments. anyways, do i still need to call them. cause i made a call to them to paypal from the philippines. and they answered me but they keep transferring to another department or line. and it takes about 5 minutes waiting in between calls till my credit on prepaid card was consumed already for waiting a lot.

You should use skype for calling paypal. Anyway, if you've sent an e-mail, just wait for a week (since it was sent) and see if you get a reply (and you probably will).
Otherwise, you can reference your e-mail sent, and call paypal. But do it using skype.

yes i have added skype now. but i can't buy credit. every time i click my account tab. i see the Locked sign. what should be done to have it open. i want to buy credit but i always see that locked every time i click buy credits.

actually i am trying to call paypal to ask them if they have received my email to them and if they are aware that i have already send them message or claim. hopefully that they have read it.

Its always better to wait for Paypal to get back to you by e-mail. They usually do.

I think PayPal is only for those who has a bank which support PayPal cashout or Funding.. in pakistan we cant use paypal coz no bank support it funding and cashout... so i think LR or Egold is better .. their is alternative to cashout those

Paypal is great for freelancers for example however if you have a high volume credit card transaction business then you are better off getting a merchant account from your local bank.
