For example you want to exchange from Paypal to e-Gold, so you tell your friend or any one you know to use his Paypal and send you money to yours, but both of your accounts must be verified.
I dont think this is true, did you find this on paypal website?
All the info i recieved is that now paypal restircted that kind of transactions, but i think iof it happens between 2 members then they might not even notice it

I read it in an article in different website.
Well two accounts can exchange money but Paypal do their own investigations, and with one way or an other they will find if you are doing some illegal activities, and you will get the "limited" status.

I agree with you, Paypal won't investigate an account with few transactions, only many transactions because they have millions of accounts to be checked every day, so one of two can get away without getting busted.

I didnt mean it that way, I meant a certain account sending various amounts of money to other accounts.
Like: Exchanger Account used to do the service for many clients all sent through the same account in small periods will get them suspecious to search around that + they do search for online services like that to caught them, may even request and exchange to see if they are real and get the id to ban them

i believe many of the transactions will be check by software. no way there check on them manually everyday. if something about your transaction triggered the software, only then their staff will check them manually. if only we know what's the trigger it's kinda hard once there's alert on the transaction

Of course its hard for them to check it manually. But i believe some transaction will monitor manyally depends on the issue. I just got some refund issue yesterday. I already answer the question what they need. All is fine and i just need to wait the money come back to me in 15 days.

Cool I have paypal, alertpay and lr

Paypal is the first payment processor I registered in internet, I use it for ptc and ptp sites and one poll sites... It's working ok for me... However, I kept hearing about the problem between paypal and ptc sites, one ptc I got payment in paypal has been facing the trouble for days, till now nothing solved out... And some ptc sites already changed to some other payment processor as bux.to, coz of which I registered alertpay... I also registered liberty reserve to get payment from one ptp forum... I think all payment processors are same to me, but just bit unhappy with paypal coz it started the trouble with ptc sites, hehe...

You should Call PayPal Help lines,

most probably they will ask for a utility bill to prove your location.
So make it ready, I think a driving license can work too.
