Paypal has a good customer care (compared to e-gold anyway). You can contact them and explain you didn't do anything illegal and your account was suddenly frozen.
But holding multiple accounts is also a reason for being banned. They check the accounts that are used frequently by common IPs.

it is simple actually rockstar .. dont do anything againts their TOSs .. and you will not have any problems with them .. i've been using egold for years and never had any problem with them .. so do with paypal .. so far i dont have any problems with both

Stormpay and Alertpay are strong with security as well. e-gold has the LEASt security, if i may say so.

i thought stormpay is already out of business now, am i wrong? also i read somewhere alertpay was stealing money from their customer. i dont know if now they're being good or it was a false claim. about the e-gold security, i couldnt agree more

what? how could paypal freezes account for receiving much money? I thought its okay to receive a lot of money as long as you're a verified user rite? I think its because you receive money from ptc, I heard that paypal freezes account that receives money from ptc lately..

Wait. Just wonder how many payment you get everyday? Its 100 payment or what? Maybe you can tell us more about that. So, did you already submit your details? If you already submit it, i think you will get back your account.

oh my..that's sad. i hate if something ridiculous like this happen so they were saying that you have increasing activity on your account and they need it to be frozen, just like that. can you let us know what are they asking for you to restore your account?

for me, paypal is not the best payment processor again.
because they are now prohibited PTC site. and more worse, owner of PTC site account is frozen now, they (paypal) wont let the owner withdraw the fund.
