Oh. Sounds like a scam to me! Whenever I receive emails like this I immediately delete them without seconds thoughts. I would rather get a real credit card or debit card and wait for the card rather then using that service and get scammed.

You don't have to go for such riskier things. Buying a payoneer debit card will easily help you to lift your PayPal restrictions.

Yeah. Debit cards are not that expensive! They are quicker than credit cards. That is what I did to raise my paypal limits. I applied for a debit card which was released 2 weeks from the time that I applied. So from then on, I had no more problems.

i did not linked and confirmed debit card to my paypal account can i receive payments in my paypal account and withdraw it to my bank accout using visa card directly to my bank account if yes then what is its limit
