They don't send you any DC. You can use their services only if you have a DC or CC already. They can transfer the money from the virtual account to your card. Its a pity they don't display more details on the matter in their site. Really, what are we to do with a simple "rules" that gives us only fees?

@Aze: it wont send ATM DC cards. You need to have your own Visa to transfer funds. Most of the trasaction details are sent to you by SMS.
