Paypal is a one of a kind. I suppose you mean the clients you deal with should be verified?
I would suggest WorldPay: Worldpay? Is it relevant?

Google's 2Checkout is also a good option. 2checkout

Yeah the bad thing about paypal is that they have to many rules and they are to "risky" to transfer with as they usually freeze assets. Hopefully a good replacement can come soon.

They have the rights to do that due to accounts verification and ID/Address details prooves.. If someone got hacked and his account was stolen and this hacker wanted to withdraw the money by bank or credit card, 100% they will limit the account to check the ID.. and this hacker will not be successed in his mission, so it still a good tips from PayPal !

I suggest worldpay. A lot of big ecommerce sites are using this method of payment to handle card payment and even my university think it is good enough to handle all the credit/debit card payment

I agree. WorldPay has some of the best reviews for EU countries. Its customers service and support is not bad. Usually, the maximum time they take to process any request(which can even be investigations, tracing etc) is 5 working days.

I Guess 2checkout Will Be Way Securised And It's The Most Used, A Popular One So None Is Afraid From Using It

Worldpay is better as many suggested. More over, they seems to be more customer friendly than Paypal even.

Though, Alertpay actually replaced the place of Paypal in all PTCs. Then it was Paypal which was in tie up with all PTCs but now Paypal withdrew its tie up with them and Alertpay conquered that region. Though, not all countries are supported by Alertpay. Check it out though.

AlertPay isnt the best solution for merchants. They froze many accounts without warning or proper explainations. Most members who had their accounts frozen claimed they had over $200 in it even though their transaction rates (number of) were not very high.
