It just redirects you to create a paypal account. And its just a reseller...
It doesnt really allow you to accept paypal payments without a paypal account.
But a paybyweb account has a lot of fees:

Wow !! $10 Monthly Fee, And 2.29% Transfer Rate + $0.38 !! I thought That AlertPay Fees Are The Highest, But PayByWeb Is Quite High !

But Just Wondering, Providing Services Like Merchants With The Capability To Accept Payments Using Paypal, PayPal Already Have Merchant Options And For Free To Every Customers (Who Has A PP Account Aswell) So Why I Have To Choose PayByWeb ?!

I'm doing the wondering too. I'm astonished to ind the fees like this... And it seems they're not "exchanging" service or one that accepts any other e-currency to withdraw via another...

Pretty confused about this site. If they're just resellers of other processors, they cant be merchant accounts, can they?
I guess we missed something that we can understand only by creating an account there. I'll see if i can do that.

You gotto see this one Aze:

Quote:
A merchant account allows your business to accept credit cards!
You will need to have the following information available when completing your application.
  • Business and personal contact information
  • Estimated average credit card transaction amount
  • Estimated monthly credit card sales
  • Social Security Number
  • Business Federal Tax ID number (Sole proprietors may use their Social Security Number.)
  • Checking Account Number (DDA Number) and Bank Transit Routing Number. Have a check nearby for Reference.

btw, it's Only for US Citizens.

As you said they don't exchange the currency, but they trade it.. the same idea as ggepay, just some few differents..

PayByWeb. It's not international.

I'm not sure if they're exchangers either... you dont have to be a US citizen to exchange e-currencies, do you?

I always use an automated exchange website such as superchange or autocambist to exchange currencies, but if paybyweb requires an US citizen to exchange currencies, there is no point from that!
