Actually yes, Paypal refuses to be dealt with other payment processors. So any exhange between it and other systems is done manually and illegaly, they might even cancel and account if its been proved it was sued in such a transaction.

I don' think they will "cancel" the account but only the account will be "limited", especially if the account holds big amount of money then they would not shut it down, they are not crazy.

You can expect it. Paypay is a BIG typo for paypal. At least 4-5% of the regular visitors type in "paypay" instead of Paypal accidentally. And it's more than just a competitor. It's doing awesome well. And their services are excellent.

PayPay has been around since 2003
Actually, it was publiced, and got a good popularity in 2007, 4 years and they did not get too much popularity, my first idea of them since they oppened was, they are just trying their luck in online currencies,

because until now i cannot find a website that accept paypay as a payment processor

There are a few sites that do allow Paypay withdrawals. But they're nowhere near popular as Paypal. You can see their services and Vision here:

Quote:
PayPay was created in 2003 with the goal to simplify customer payments and global money transfers. The company’s aim was to provide online consumers the easiest payment system possible. This Internet payment system even includes the ability to make payments in restaurants, movie theatres, taxis, to friends (P2P) & more.

You can make a PayPay transaction at any time and to anyone who has an email or a bank account. Both personal and merchant accounts are free to open.

PayPay Features:

Website buttons - Buttons for the purchase of individual items or multiple purchases.
PayPayMobile - Mobile phone payments are very convenient to use and businesses are happy to accept them.
PayPayCode - Simplify the receipt of your payments by using the automated payment system.
Drag & Drop method - A convenient way of making payments or buying merchandise over the Internet.
Paypay is often mistaken for Paypal's typo. I suspect the only reason they haven’t been sued for it is the fact that they haven’t become as popular the way PayPal has, and hence they aren't interested in dragging them to court yet. But we can expect it if they gain popularity.

IRS seeks PayPay account information in investigation of tax havens

The Internal Revenue Service has asked PayPay Inc. for account information on customers who might be evading taxes by hiding income in other countries.

The request is part of an IRS investigation that began several years ago to trace money held in offshore accounts. The IRS has asked for similar information from credit card companies and payment processors.
But if there was an investigation, you'll think it's a real company. It is too. Not a scam at all rates.

In fact, from what i see (from the above quotes), Paypal has more services than paypal has. Also they're sure to have a better customer care service than Paypal's jerks.

Default Drag & Drop Shopping ®

Use PayPayDesktop for remote connection with your PayPay accounts, faster money orders, shopping or SMS sending.

After the customers choose items on your website, they simply drag their PayPay account from their PPD, over to your website and drop it on your Buy Now button.*

PPD loads the HTML code of your website and detects all-important details of the purchased items. These items will appear in the customer's shopping cart of the PPD. After your customers clicks on the Buy Now button in their PPD, then the items are paid by PayPay and you will receive the customer’s shipping address.

* Apply Drag & Drop shopping in Internet Explorer browsers only.

For a moment, I thought this thread is about PayPal. The name sure looks pretty close, just a different of an alphabet. But one alphabet does make a lot of different. Even though I want to try it, I didn't notice any sites that I have come across mentioning it and that get me into thinking is it for real?

Yes I was a merchant who tried this "company" paypay.com. They advertise low transaction rates but charged me a whopping 22% saying something about within their discretion to charge what they like, despite clearly stating their fees on their site. Withdrawing what they leave you with becomes an epic in technical failures or misunderstandings..... I found this thread after googling them, they use an address in S.F. which appears to be just a maildrop and are actually registered in Slovakia, go figure !!!
