E-Gold Must Add An Online Support ?

Hello Dear Members,

Well I just been wondering about something !

witch is the e-gold must add an online support ?
what do you think about that ?

about me yes it must !
because lots of users are loosing their money there, and they contact the support, you may wait for 1 week if you got a little answear
but if it has an online support it would be a very easy way to ask questions and resolve problems !

I've never used it before but yeah I heard a lot of bad experience from other people but most of them are due to their carelessness where their account got hacked but still online support would be great as I think they should have the money to hire dozens of them to cater members worldwide. I guess they're lazy and find it wasteful to spend some money on hiring those people since profits still keep going.

My friend 's account has been suspended , And he is waiting e-gold 's explanation although it is hopeless with e-gold 's support. An online support system is a good issue that e-gold should listen to .

Never have any experience with that. Maybe you can call them if its really urgent like when your account got suspend or got hacked. But until today i still not have any issue to talk with them. MY account still fine..

most of the payment processors i think don't have online support. like paypal when you have questions you will not be able to contact them. i tried to ask them some questions i never got a reply from paypal. hopefully when egold have online support that they will answer quickly.

yah i wish the same too from egold. Their service is too bad i feel many a times. They dont even respond to any complaints we give them...

Yeah you have got a good idea,any way cant you use paypal instead of using e gold?If so many people are having problems then why dont you find some alternative?Any way paypal has some of those problem.

they don't block account for whatever reasons ! there is specified ones as if you're using HYIPs or spending from other blocked account, then yours is blocked!

How can Egold know your money come from HYIPs to block ur account ? I guess they are not sure , just give this rule and encourage people follow it

Well every one can not use paypal as some people from some countries as I am from Pakistan can not have paypal account because paypal is not available in some countries so there is no other option than e-gold, which is worldwide available.
