Well, most HYIP programs depend on Ponzi schemes. But a few of them that last long, usually trade Forex. Forex is highly risky investment opportunity. If you win, you can expect as much as several times the equity itself and if you lose, you might just imagine like you never deposited any money!. Only 5-10% of the total market players make winning trades. The rest of them - usually scalpers, lose money. Forex trading is legal as you aren`t the only person doing it!. In fact you are the market that decides the rate of an instrument/commodity.

trading means u do sell and buy ie forex - buy and sell currency...with other currency...that is legal....although its very high risk....but hyip taking deposit from us...we get profit daily/weeky in portion...if u know what they doing such as trade forex or legal bisnes its o.k but if they just doing ponzi...then its illegal...but i believe most of them using easy method - ponzi....

actually it's don't care sort of a situation really, it does'nt matter where they raise money, legal or illegal an admin who runs away with your money and the admin who raises money through illegal means both of these can be termed criminals in any law book but then who chases them?? your ill thoughts...nah! that's the only reason why hyips and other such scam and ponzi scams keep coming into the ,arket make it one hell of a place for newbies and run away with pockets as heavy as a big rock!!

wow, thanks for explaining, now I think that forex trading is the only fastest and legal way to make money.. But still its not good enough as there are a lot of risk to be taken just by joining them, and the income is still unpredictable. For the time being, I think the best way of earning money online is to sell ebooks or by designing...

well actually i feel forex is a fast enough way to earn legal money...it can also be relaibl;e and made to be predicatble..but you have to work for it...as it is for various money making opps online and offline.

and i agree that web designing and all can be worth some money but then that is a part of professional ppl...that's more like an offline job.

e-books in my opinion is the worst way to make any quick money!!!
