ATM withdrawal within US $1.35/Per Transaction
ATM withdrawal outside US $2.15/Per Transaction
Declined ATM withdrawal (When withdrawal request is declined) - $0.90/Per Transaction

Who can get a Bux card?
Anyone 13 years or older with or without a bank account can receive the Bux card by filling out a simple form online.
If you are under 18: Get your parents permission first and have them order the card for you.

How can I use the Bux card?
The Bux card works just like any other MasterCard and can be used just like a credit or debit card, except it has a fixed and prepaid limit. The card is accepted at all locations worldwide, wherever MasterCard is accepted electronically. You can use it at any point of sale location to make purchases, whether online or at retail locations. You can also use the Bux card at ATMs worldwide to withdraw cash. With the added security of choosing your own PIN, you can be assured of no unauthorized use of your card. It can even be used as a phone card.

Can I use the Bux card on the internet?
The Bux card may be used for online transactions wherever MasterCard is an accepted form of payment.

Who can use the Bux card?
The cardholder is the person whose name is imprinted on the card. This is the person to whom the card was issued and the named person is the only authorized user of the card.

How do payments to me become available on my Bux card?
Whenever payments are loaded to your Bux card, you will be notified by email and will be required to accept payment. These funds will be available to you within 2 to 4 business days of accepting payment.

What is the maximum amount the Bux card can be loaded with?
This card allows a total limit of $12,500.
A daily spending limit is set at $2,500.
Daily ATM withdrawal limit is set at $1000. Example: If you withdraw a $1000, you have $1500 available for the day.

How can I receive the card?
Card will be posted to the address on your application form. You will receive the card for free, no extra postal/shipping cost.
Your card will be shipped to you by Regular Mail from the US. Your card will be shipped within 2 business days of the application being approved.
Card will arrive in 7 to 10 business days (in the US) depending on where you are located and longer if they are being sent oversea.

Do I have to send in any documents to apply for the card?
Yes but there is no need to scan the documents, all we need is the number from your government issued ID
The card is provided by a US company, this is required by US law, you cannot avoid it

The U.S. Patriot Act is a Federal Law that requires financial services institutions to make all possible attempts to authenticate and validate an individual’s identity participating in their service.

If the Cardholder Details is located in the US
The only method to provide your ID is to give your SSN.
If you're under 18 - Parent SSN required

If the Cardholder Details is located outside the US
You are more flexible as you have 3 choices as given below along with the information needed.

1. National ID
- Name of ID holder
- ID Number
- Country of issue

2. Passport
- Name of passport holder
- Passport number
- Date of expiry
- Date of issue
- Country of issue

3. Driver's License
- Name of license holder
- License Number
- Date of expiry
- Country of issue

If the Cardholder Details is located in the US but do not have SSN
You need to change your Cardholder Details to your home country and fill out the details of your home country then choose the option 'Send card to different address' and put in your US address.

Should I wait for card to release or cashout via Alertpay now?
If you are premium. I suggest you request cashout via Alertpay now. The reason is becauses the time it takes for first cashout to card is roughly 20~30 business days.

Break down:
2~5 working days for ID validation
7~10 working days for delivery (in the US) longer if you are located elsewhere in the world
serveral days for funds 'from balance to card requests' to complete
serveral days for funds to appear on card

But after that you can request cashout via card.

Do take note that if you wish to request your payout from bux.to to be credited to this card, you need at least a min us$75, unlike normal payout which is just us$10 to your alertpay account.

And seems like you have to load funds through their co-brand card partner website: Payoneer uses MasterCard prepaid cards to enable payouts from websites to individuals worldwide.

MOST IMPORTANT THING: You must upgrade your Bux.to account and become a premium member!

Even though these conditions are there, if you're a regular member with lots of refs in Bux.to, it's better you use the card. It takes only 10-20 days to get the money withdrawn out.
Otherwise, it's the tedious 60 days wait for you...and you'll still never get that $10 anyway.

But if you're a standard member, you cannot cashout to the card unless you upgrade your account to premium !

and the guys who are asking about how to pay the activation fees, it will be deducted from the card funds once you got paid to it !

Hmmm...the whole activation, maintanence and ATM withdrawal fee would scoot off with $17.5 appox.
So, the final is $75 minus that...

I think the "only-premium members can use this" was possibly pre-mediated by Bux.to & in a way quite a smart move, as thousands of standard members applied & quite a few of them will upgrade to premium.

Woohoo! the news we have all be waiting for finally arrived on the forum last night. The Pre-paid Bux.to MasterCard will be available To ALL members (standard & premium) I applied for mine straight away as soon as I found out. On Saturday March 8 at 6.00 am GMT we closed Bux card registration for standard members.

As you may know since the release of the Bux card, it is projected that there will be a dramatic increase in our workload to cover both payment methods: Bux card and the existing Alertpay.

At present, we're experiencing some delay with payments due to Alertpay problems with thousands of payment requests each week and because of the introduction of Bux card we will even have more work to deal with them. Since we have over 3.5 million members, please understand we are under pressure and need to work at a reasonable pace. But with all the delays that are happening like Alertpay down and the mass payments down, causing a huge delay in payments. This is out of our control, this work has built up and getting difficult to maintain over thousands of payments done each week on time.

We have decided to allow card payment method to our Premium members only.
Otherwise there will be too many card orders placed to get a card but never reaching the cashout limit. If standard members reach the site from this time on, it will tell them to upgrade first. We are aware of the risk that criminals running illegal activities through this that will harm both Payoneer and Bux.to reputations.

We are still working on a new script and it should be up in a couple of weeks along with the new look for the site.

I was told the workload for the "already over-worked Bux staff" will be reduced once Bux.to card comes in.
Your source says exactly the opposite.
