it is really hard to have a credit card. it is not really advisable specially if you don't have to buy any thing online. just a debit card which is more advisable for you. you can use that to withdraw your money on paypal.

i have an extension credit card before which is visa card. it was the extension of my sister. i did not really use it cause i am really afraid to put my self in debt.

i have a visa electron but i really dont think that it is a credit card. i think that is only a debit card. cause credit card don't have electron on it on their visa tag. i like the visa card. it seems cool than mastercard. hoepfully i will be able to have my own credit card to buy some thing through card or credit.
