Well, we do a re-seller program and Co-Branded card options starting at 1,000+ card orders which would give you direct Licensing rights and you would deal directly with the issuing banks. Are you sure that you're in the right Forum section though? I was told (by your assistant Merv) that you only required (1) card - for certain "private" reasons I won't mention.
