Will, the card services looks great and I`m interested with buying one just if we make sure that this is a trusted site and hopefully anyone here used it and share his experience with it. BTW, I have checked the site and I`ve noticed that they are charging fees for several elements here :-

Selling Liberty Reserve® to load your card: Liberty Reserve®- $5 system fee: +7%.

As with ALL Liberty Reserve® sales, rates change rapidly with market conditions.

Monthly Maintenance: $4.95
Domestic ATM Monetary Transactions:
(ATM Withdrawal Fee) $1.50
Domestic ATM Usage Transactions:
(Balance Inquiry and Decline Fees) $1.25
International ATM Monetary Transactions:
(ATM Withdrawal Fee) $4.00
International ATM Usage Transactions:
(Balance Inquiry and Decline Fees) $2.50
PIN Based Point-of Sale Purchase Transactions: $1.00
PIN Based Point-of Sale Decline Transactions: $1.25
Card to Card Transfer: $4.00
They looks kinda high but with higher amounts to withdraw I don`t think they will affect that much, what do you think ?

I dunno that liberty also requires a debit card. I never have a liberty reserve account. But I have a question here, does LR require some card to like paypal in order to get them to be verified??

no, they do not require a credit card to verifie your account, also i don't think there is a verification for liberty reserve accounts ! this is a service from someone to buy liberty reserve debit card ! but i don't know if that's true or not !
if so it's will be useful for us to verifie our paypal accounts !
