MasterCard Inhouse Embossing - credit cards debit cards

Does anyone know what the requirements for embossing and coding cards (instant issuing) are from MasterCard's side?

The processor can send out dead plastic, but none can tell me what the requirements are and if embossing is allowed for a BIN sponsor issuer.

BIN sponsorships from Mastercard comes with a number of options from their whole sale BIN providers. Embossed, non embossed, no name, name. The options are endless and possible.
