ocean33 you should know that paypal doesnt allow multiple accounts ! and every paypal account should be verified with a unique vcc, if you verify two accounts with 1 vcc they will be limited !
actually when you want to verify 2 accounts with 1 vcc it wont, but automatically a message is sent to their report mail, that this "X" account has added a CC already been used, so they catch you easly and limit your account ! be ware

PayPal allows one Pro/Business and one personal account. Will you account be limited if you use the same CC for these two as well? Its not against the TOs right?

Yes, It´s Same As AlertPay.. But 1 CC Per Account ! Im Sure About That Except If They Changed The TOS ! My Friend Tried TO Verify Another Account, With The Same CC, It Says The CC Already Been Used, And Some Few Hours, Both Accounts Are Limited, And After He Contacted Them They Said We Need A Proof Of Your Billing Address. And The Reason For The Limitation Is That Someone Tried To Add The CC On Another Account (This For His Primary Account) And The Reason For The Limiting His Second Account Is That He Used To Add A CC Already Been Added On Another Account (His Primary Account) They Thought He Stole The CC !

I dont suppose we can link both accounts to the same bank account as well then? That wont make sense of course, but if the need is there...?

Maybe It´s Allowed For The Bank Accounts.. But CCs I´m Sure About It The Proof Is Above !
But I Think It´s A Good Step To Protect Members Privacy.. Maybe Someone Stole The Credit Card, So They Catch Him, Everything Is Possible, As There Is Lots Of Ways Of Cheat..

Also, if i want to remove the CC from one account (Business) to my Personal account, is that possible?

I know the CC number sticks to that account, so even if i change the CC connected to the upgraded account, by adding another CC, and removing the original CC (i think this is possible, not sure), will i be able to reuse that CC for my Personal account?

I do not want to use a Business account with my main CC, even though it's presence is needed, so i cant downgrade it back to Personal account. But i need this CC for my Personal account. Is it possible to shift it without getting my accounts limited?

It is possible as long as the card details tally with ur address and name information on paypal.
