Too bad, its for 18 only, but this is still good news, as the payment can be done by BSN, I think it wont be such a long time for me to finally qualify for this offer. And by the way, is it true that this card doesn't have any fees at all? I read it from their site and all we need to do is to put credit in our card by pre-paying.. Is it true that they dont charge anything at all?

I used my Tune Money card to verify my paypal. A lot easier and quite cheap if compared with other debit card. Moreover, its not a bank based card, simply stand alone.

They charged a bit when you withdraw your money from your account, about 3% interest...quite high...

dude, I'm confused, since this debit card is a standalone services, not a bank based card. If I withdraw my money, to which bank does my money goes? Or do I simply withdraw paypal cash straight at the ATM machine??

Withdraw paypal cash straight from the atm machine (need to ask for transfer first). It joint venture with BSN, Pos Malaysia and CIMB but still considered as stand alone.

AMAZING!! I'm looking for this kind of card for all my life!! Card that can withdraw money straight from paypal to the ATM machine!! Too bad I can't own them now!! So, if they JV with BSN and CIMB, then that means I can also withdraw my money to that bank account too right? So that means I can withdraw my paypal to BSN account??

whats best about this tune card is that they're prepaid!! So no need for you to pay the annual fees, or the maintenance fees.. The minimum credits you need to pay to get this card is RM 50 approximately $17... I'd say its a good price for a real card.. I think this is the perfect alternative for vcc

If you guys are from Philippines, you can apply for a debit card in UnionBank.

Unionbank EON Card works like a credit card and an ATM. This is also affliated with Paypal. This is my primary PayPal card.
