i'm not not familiar with all of their term and agreement but i think public bank credit card cannot be applied by people aged below 18. perhaps we just assume that because it's a regular rule of having a card. well maybe if 16 years old kid have 3 month payslip, bank will approve his application

Does this means you are under the 18 and you are not eligible to open any account?

I think you can open an account with the help of you parents. Maybe can consider the credit or debit card from your father.

Yap. I don't think we can allpy it. Thats why many people use vcc to verify they paypal. No wonder right its happen? I always know some kids only 12-13 years become admin at some forum before. I never know until he tell me. Hoho..

lol no cheer last i check i definitely above 18 but since i'm a freelancer, it's kinda hard to apply for a credit card. that's ok for me, i never want to use a credit card at least not now. pretty much happy with my debit card anyway thanks for the advise

Actually VCC is the easiest solution if because of age. However, those under age one also can use debit card or credit card from their parents if the card still have not been used before in Paypal. This is what I see from a net friend who verify the Paypal by using his parent card.

I agree. I always see many admin of some ptc or gpt site is under age. Most of them will use vcc to verify paypal. how i know about that? Its because they tell me personally about that.

If some of you remember about TGN forum, you will know the admin is underage..

Generally VCC is the easiest and fastest way to verify a PP account. Besides VCC, credit card, debit card and VMI, what other possibility can be used to verify VCC?

Well, if you have a bank account, getting a DC from it isn't very difficult. Afterall, making sure you have exactly $2 in it is easy compared to a VCC.
