Which Debit card do you use to verify your Paypal?

THATS THE SADDEST TRUTH!!! all malaysian are restricted to have cc or dc if they aren't over 18 yet, I'm one of the underaged here, but I'm not giving up lol, still a two years ahead for me to finally qualify having a card....

Besides that, to own a cc you must also has regular income or salary or to be simple, have a job.. Cause the cc wants a guarantee that their members would be able to payback the amount that they've spent...

Yeah, its an advantage to me actually, I learn a lot from people older than me, its actually like a preparation for me before stepping into the real internet marketing world... For now, I think its best for me to stay with GPT and programs that requires no cc..lol

Well maybe you can try ask around to see if you can borrow other people's credit card or perhaps debit card, would help the guy register for it if possible .

You can't have a CC if you're less than 18 years old, but you can have a DC right? I mean ATM cards are allowed. In my country you can have DCs even at 14 years. But the problem is, it should not be empty and you might have to pay for it when you open bank account.For 18+ it's free.

Sounds bad. You should try another bank, private one if possible. They tend to give better customer services.
Which country are you from? Maybe one of can help you with a DC that works well and quick.

Question here, does public bank credit card also can be acquired by people under 18? cause you said about 14 of age is enough to have a public bank debit card. I think you should contact paypal ajacx cause I've never heard someone got too long to verify their paypal account...

Getting pin number might be slow because of the lazy people in the bank. It happens often. They keep delaying stuff if thy know you cannot do anything but wait for it. I had trouble with getting a passport just like that. They try to make a lot of money out of it.

something is wrong with your application somewhere. 1 month is normal but 2 months? believe me it's either your form is lost somehow or it has never threw in the dustbin by accident lol
