What is the face value of credit cards,debit cards and atm cards
What is the rate of return on credit cards

As paper currency has face value same as plastic currency has face value and for credit cards I think face value is the credit limit of different cards

The face value has nothing to do on how the card itself is "coded"

I am not sure I completely understand the question, but all plastic cards are atm cards btw
