And what's good is this works like an ATM and credit card too.
that is not true. there are many banks in the philippines that offer debit cards but they are too expensive and they have so many requirements. but in unionbank it is much easy to get a debit card and we don't have to fund our debit card to remain our card active. And the best of all in EON card from Union bank is they are recognized by paypal. I really don't know about the other debit cards from other banks if they are recognized by paypal.

well I don't have a credit card right now but have a debit card, thinking to apply for it but the bank in which I have account is not so famous so I have limited privilages and i am thinking the other way to get account in some other international bank and apply for a credit card with that account.

Western Union is my favorite bank because it's accepted in all the e-currencies (Paypal, Alertpay, eGold...) and they give you a credit card.

I have one of current credit cards from Applied Bank and my debit cards
are from Washington Mutal and U.S bank.My credit was kinda spur of the moment kind of thing.Which is not always the best idea.I was late on a payment and my interest rates went sky high. So,now Iam currently paying off that.It did have some good things about it though.Reward points and stuff like that.In the end its not that bad,but its not that great either.

I just decided to get my card from the bank I use, since it was simple and the card seemed to be pretty competitive with its rates.

That security code verification is important. Makes it slightly more difficult for anyone else to use it!
