1. Go to virtual credit card providers (likeMBNA, Citibank, Discover).
2. Register your debit card like visa card or master card in banks virtual debit card website.Create an account with username and password.
3. Login to your bank account and generate a new debit card number along with the 3 digit CVV code. You also specify a maximum limit of transaction allowed for that card.

You will be getting virtual debit cards.
