How long does it take debit cards to get here once applied for?

I applied for a Chase debit card through my work, and 40% of my net pay is supposed to go into this account.Well, it's been five weeks, and I've not seen hide nor hair of this debit card. I'm wondering if 40% of my pay is still going to go into this account or not, and when will I finally get this debit card?

Hi there,
You have given sufficient time to the bank, it should have come till date. You don't worry about the money it will add into your account but you must intimate the related bank that you still didn't get your debit card.
