what are some debit cards where there is no minimum age for a prepaid card?

i Think all debit card age limit is 16

There is no such debit card Shyla. Every debit card has a minimum age requirement. Even the debit cards for childrens needs to be backed by their parents.

A debit card is different than a prepaid card. Debit draws from a bank account, most banks require the account holder to be 18. If you want to do a prepaid card just go get a Visa gift card at you local gas station or supermarket.
