I'm wondering what you can do with VCC once you get verified by it. Do have to maintain it after verification of Paypal?
now it costs only 5$ from indian guys ! and it's loaded with 1.95$ ! but this money it will be taken from paypal once you verifie your account, and they will deposit it into your PP account in some few days, but if you buy a preloadable VCC ! then after you verifie your account, you can even buy with it online !

The non reloadable VCC expires asap, thats why the seller usually tells you to use it in 24 hours, after that it will not be working. SO the only advantage is the verification process, but after that its completely useless.

VCCs are issued by the bank for an account holder to protect him if he is afraid to use his credit card, so they just make him a virtual card to use it for a certain purchase. But account holders used that function to generate VCCs for public and make some profit out of it.

Yap. The vcc expired afyer 24 hours if you not verified it as soon as possible. Some my customer do that really late and make him lost his vcc. NOthing i can do about that. I already tell him first. So, he buy a 2nd vcc and never make a mistake anymore.
