Default Payooner

I just received a Payooner Debit card linked with Odesk. Has anyone in here uses Payooner?I am just wondering its advantage over other providers as well as it flaws.

I have a payoneer card for a site that I do. But I haven`t cashed out yet so I haven`t had the chance to use it. It seems pretty good from what I read at the forum.

I own one of their cards. I have to admit their fees seem to be the lowest around Pretty decent service overall.

I'm so surprised that it is indeed has the lowest rate. For me, it's a little expensive. I think , every widrawal costs $2.
