I Think It Works Same As Ikobo, They Send You A Card To Withdraw With The Money Only.. Because When I Tried To Apply For It, It Says : Enter GGEPAY Username and Amount to withdraw.

So There Must Be An Amount To Withdraw, I Think You Cant Apply For It If You Don“t Have Any Amount In Your Account.

I think so too. You'll have to create a ggepay account and deposit money into it via different payment processors or by CC/DC. It accepts deposits via Paypal, e-gold, LR etc. And you can get the money sent to you via their DC.

Besides an exchanging service (Ggepay), they are also processing payments.

I Don't Think They Exchange The Money.. The Fit Word Is They Trade The Money

The ggepay team often used "exchange" instead of trade. In their site they have pointed out that they're not exchangers, but i dont think they care anyway. Both trade and exchange stand for selling and buying.

Note that you cant "trade" e-currencies at an amount more than 70% of their present deposit.

so does it mean before i ask for my free debit card. i must first fund my ggepay account. then i can request for a debit card. so i think it is like a site that we sell our money from any payment processor. what is the rate then that they would buy those money in our payment processor.
In case i deposit $100 Alert pay money. how much will i get when i withdraw through debit card. what is the value of 100 alertpay money in real money then.

If you deposit $100 AP, they'll deposit $96.25 into your ggepay, as they have a fee of $.25+3.5%
Depending on the charges for the DC card, it may actually be profitable

so they only accept this four payment processors. and they don't accept others like LR, AlterGold. which i think would be cool if they will accept them too.

anyways, so the debit card is free. so i will not pay for the shipping. and so i really don't have to pay for anything i will just have to create an account. do you think site is really honest.

There will be processing fees... but otherwise its fine. I do not know if the site's honest, since its new and come only this year, but i havent heard anything bad about the site.

I don't trust such sites much, the extra fees are simply rediculous.
