Precious metals have benefited from a weak USD and continuing tensions in the Middle East to trade much higher this past week with Gold looking to test the high of $1,445 again. The gold market had great support in the low $1,400's and now appears poised to break the all-time high as the Euro/USD trades north of $1.41. Silver has been rallying very nicely as well with this market approaching the $36 mark. I might look to buy some OTM calls in the precious metals as I feel these will continue to move higher with the aforementioned fundamentals, and the uncertainty of the Japan radiation levels in the nuclear facilities.
