Holding commodities ensures wealth

At all times, it has been known that persons that are sitting on the commodities are those persons that will always make money, because commodities are essential for the world to go around.

From copper and cotton to oil and grain, commodities are needed as the base product to produce anything. All food, all transportation is based on commodities, the mines that we dig in to find the commodities or the fields that we harvest to produce basic food.

These days Russia is attacking the Georgian state and demanding two regions are giving back to Russia. It has no real impact financially currently to own more land, but long time if they succeed Russia will have even more land to exploit. It can contain gas, oil, maybe the land is good to harvest crops, it can be good for cattle or simply a good location for setting up a city or industrial center. Whatever the reason holding physical land is a long term investment and will always have a potential to make money.

For people that are not directly running a country (like most of us are) owning land can potentially become big business. Going for minefields can turn people in a matter of a few years into billionaires, as we have seen lately with the growing number of Russian entrepreneurs.

Our advice, buy commodities, hold the contracts as long as possible, the world is changing fast and demand will grow more than expected in the next few years. If you are more into investing in the physical world, carefully work out plans on what regions could contain important commodities and buy them.
