THE FRIDAY UPDATE: LEGALS

ME2EVERYONE DOMAIN NAMES

m2e has been buying up domain names to protect the brand name, but we're also aware that several members had the same idea too. There are other domain names that we would like, but because we do no have a local presence the rules prevent us from owning them.

So we would like to create a few deals for anyone who has purchased a me2everyone domain name: an exclusive licence that in the long-term could reward you handsomely. If you own a me2everyone domain name then please use the CONTACT US link below letting us know which domain you own.


ONE-WORLD LANGUAGE TEAM

The legal agreements and direction sheets for the ONE WORLD Language Team are being drafted now for newer versions of the website. We have more than 800 people wanting to translate the website and support documents into 37 more languages and work is expected to start on this in a couple of weeks.


ME2EVERYONE PLC

The documents are completed and we are awaiting a response from Companies House authorising the registration. Once this is completed you will be able to formally register for your shares and receive your share certificate. Shares will be fully paid up with nothing to pay on them and zero liability in case of me2everyone generating any debt. For those people who doubt the sincerity of me2everyone in this case, we will provide you third party proof from Companies House (run by the British government).


GLOBAL EXEC - Passive

Agreements for GE - Passive will be ready soon. We've been developing new aspects of the GE programme and can now extend this beyond the 300 members we originally wanted - there will be anothe wave of GE updates soon, including an introduction to GE-Business and GE-Advantage.


CUSTOMER CARE NETWORK

Now fully developed, we are happy with the final shape of the Customer Care Network : your chance to create a small part-time business OR a full-time growing business. There are minimal start-up costs involved (with all money directed into improving m2e). There will even be the option to start the business for no cost (lower commissions apply).

I can say i am amazed almost 400,000 members in just few months (376,396 actually).
They sure are taking their time ot get things flowing but i guess thats the right way to do things
i am more than sure that when the Social Networking comes out the sign ups will boost and new
members will start to join at an incredible pase, i am also looking forward to meet many of the
Me2Everyone shareholders.

As per the latest update, Transalating the site in multiple languages is sure a great needed idea
and a priority.

GLOBAL EXEC - PASSIVE

Date : 7th April, 2009

As mentioned last Friday, there are a few improvements coming into the Global Exec. The first improvement surrounds GE-Passive: our free upgrade into a me2everyone management layer. GE-Passive members are our eyes and ears around the world, helping us to create a me2everyone that people want. So far we have appointed 211 GE-Passive members, and this week those figures are expected to reach beyond 300.

This is one of the improvements. The Membership level for GE-Passive has been increased to 3600 people to be acquired over the next 12 months. The final legal agreement should be released April 17th 2009 and we expect the GE-Passive members to begin their "work" on May 1st 2009.

MY NAME ISN'T ON THE LIST

With membership now standing at more than 400,000 (well done to everyone!) it's time to begin a transition to version 1.5... The Global Execs are a key ingredient to how me2everyone moves forward and with 524 chosen so far from different working backgrounds, cultures and age ranges (17 to 80) you may be wondering why your name isn't on the list yet! Here are a few answers...


1) Selection of Global Exec members is an ongoing process. Perhaps you will be on the next list?

2) Perhaps you come from a country with sanctions against it. We have had some interesting applications from members in Iraq, Iran, Syria, Sudan and Belarus - all countries that have various degrees of sanctions against them. Our compliance department is taking advice this week to confirm the status of m2e members from such countries.

3) Perhaps there was not enough information on your application

4) Perhaps we could not read your application


The review board is sitting again this week to decide the fate of all remaining applications from April and March 2009. If we decide not to offer you a Global Exec upgrade, we will write to you with more information. Hope this helps!

WHERE ARE YOU?

1000 Apologies!

Once upon a time we said there would be news every day and here we are breaking a 10 day silence. Truth be told it's going to take more than 10 days to explain what we have been doing in this time. But, let's keep things simple for now: we haven't disappeared: we have simply been working very hard to bring all our plans together.

During the weekend we are testing the new front end: planning to go live on Monday 27th April 2009. Alas we are 8 weeks behind schedule, but we don't want to throw mud or lay blame: I think most people know who caused the delay.

Our directors have also been reviewing legal agreements - no less than 8 of them: the cornerstones of the Global Exec and Customer Care Network. We have also been discussing a new me2everyone currency and a membership enhancement. We are also looking closely at accelerating our web development.

OK it's late here, so for now, we intend to crawl into our beds and then tomorrow we will start to fill you in on all the details.

MISSING DEADLINES

"IT'S HAPPENED AGAIN! YOU PROMISE SOMETHING AND IT DOESN'T HAPPEN!!!"


"We have 435,000 people expecting answers, hoping that me2everyone will be something they can make money from, hoping that it's not all smoke and mirrors and now worrying that you're about the do a 'Houdini' and disappear with all our dreams..."


The inbox is beginning to fill up and our Gloal Execs are becoming restless. The old excuse of "this website wasn't supposed to be this successful" is wearing thin and promises that version 1.5 are just around the corner seem to be troubling, especially when the updates that are coming are relatively minor in the scheme of things. The answer points to one conclusion: me2everyone launched 4 months too early...


Well our Global Exec members are correct, we have 435,000 members and at present we are failing you. But please remember one thing: whether you have 100 shares in me2everyone or several thousand or even several million THIS IS YOUR COMPANY AND IF WE GET THIS CORRECT YOU WILL MAKE MONEY.


Version 1.5 is sitting on the me2everyone server now and during Sunday all the content for things like MEET THE TEAM, the new LEGAL NOTES / SHARE GUIDE and the FAQs will be uploaded. The Verification Email system will be tested and so too will the new Contact Form. Once we are 100% happy, we will ask the web team to open the gates to the new front end and (hopefully) we will slash the numbers of emails that have swamped the customer support people. They can then return to the important task of keeping everyone fully updated.


We also have the new Members Area to look forward to. GE's have already had a sneak peek. During the coming week all Ripple Members will have their first glance. We will also share this new development with the leading 2,000 recruiters in me2everyone. We will let them tell you their thoughts about what's coming.


There is more news coming today - actually it's news about NEWS and what we intend to do to keep you completely up dated every single day. We need to find the balance between what we are telling you WILL HAPPEN and actually getting something to happen!


Finally for now, we are going to choose another batch of Global Exec's today and we will tell you about them later. For now, please enjoy your Sunday and accept our apologies for missing our own deadlines...

NEW FRONT END - UPDATES...

Date : 27th April, 2009

We have just completed the latest round of testing on the new Version 1.5 front-end and there are 11 errors - most of them are simple tweaks. Monday morning we will ask our developer to fix these and hopefully, with everything crossed, you will get your new front end tomorrow afternoon.

What's new there?

> There is the long-awaited FAQ is there with more than 50 of the top questions asked by members.

> There is also a new Contact Us form, nicely divided into subject headers to ensure messages reach the right person quicker.

> We have added a simple presentation and a detailed brochure that a few people will have seen already.

> We have improved our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and successfully received our accreditation to SafeBuy.

> We have written a Share Guide to answer your top share issues

> Instead of lurking on the log-out page, jobs will now feature in a special section on the front-end.

> We have also improved the registration page and all new members will need to validate their email address BEFORE they gain membership

> Oh yes - you will be able to sign-in directly from me2everyone.com (so be careful if you have book-marked the current log-in page)!

> Finally for anyone who has forgotten their password, we have added a “Reset Password” feature.


We have also updated the Contact Us, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy Pages in the members area. However we will be first to admit that it’s a compromise for the short-term. The Members Area 1.5 will be arriving in approx 10 days time with major feature updates every 2 weeks thereafter. So we wanted to update the members area a little, but not to the point of putting pages in that will be replaced in a few days.
