I think they are doing things the right way but a bit slow.
They should really improve the speed and get things started
things like mainly the social networking side of me2everyone
so members can share ideas and meet each other while they work
out the other features.

By having this feature ready they can increase even more the
growth of new members as many members will invites friends just
to have them on their list and not only the shares another reason
is the fact that the shares are now less for recruiting a new
member so more motivation is needed in order to maintain growth
and momemtun, just an opinion but i really think this would help
a lot

We have another day of choosing Global Execs - planning the next 30 names to join a great looking team. Two days ago we reported that members from 48 nations had applied for GE - today that figure has increased to 72. However what has come as a real surprise is the sheer number of applications from South Africa! And it's making us think...

94% of all African applications are coming from South Africa and there are a few people here who are considering the eventual opening of a dedicated office in South Africa (for all African's). More on this idea in the weeks to come.

Ever wondered what our Global Execs do for a living? Well the latest members to join our Global Exec team will give you a few clues. For instance we have a man who retired from the US Navy and now runs a small home business. We have a member who spent half of his life in offshore drilling. How about a university graduate majoring in Database management or the people with various MBAs, science degrees, public speakers or language teachers. There's a corporate lawyer and a draughtsman; a realtor and a hotel manager.

Finding 300 me2everyone members who were so excited about me2everyone’s future was never going to be hard. Selecting those 300 from the excellent applications so far has proved to be very difficult.

WHAT IS THE GLOBAL EXEC?

Part membership upgrade, part business, the Global Exec members are a new management layer. They will challenge our directors and provide clarity of thought with a fresh and supportive mind. They will be a sounding board for new ideas, provide an insight into local culture and share lessons from their career and life experiences. Global Exec members will help to shape the me2everyone world, and create evermore income avenues for both the Customer Care Managers and our members.

IF IT'S FREE, HOW CAN I MAKE MONEY?

Global Exec - Passive gives you the chance to become an indpenedent consultant in your spare time. No need to give up your current job and certainly no need to move home. By providing us with your feedback: by challenging what we do or offering advice you help shape the policies that change the me2everyone world.

As me2everyone expands into the BETA and then 3D versions more challenges will arise. Global Exec members whill help provide solutions to those problems. The Global Exec will also help us understand their local markets as we begin or marketing campaign (YES: 323,000 members and we still have not started our marketing campaign!)

DELIVERING THE NEW CUSTOMER CARE PORTAL

This weekend me2everyone.com is 10 weeks old and it's time to begin the transformation into a real social networking business. As many people know this website has suffered from an explosive growth that met a number of bugs head on creating huge problems for our small customer care team. Rather than crumble, we are increasing funding into the website development by 400% with a plan to deliver a product that you are proud of. Oh yes, me2everyone remains a debt-free company and out of the hands of venture capitalists.


IMPROVING CUSTOMER CARE

We employ a number of customer care people, but the ratio between them and our members is a staggering 1:60,000, which quickly swamps them with problems. From April 2009 something incredible is going to happen here: a complete transformation of me2everyone customer care!


SO WHAT'S NEW?

Every day me2everyone receives 500-600 emails from people interested in a customer care role. From these a new and improved customer care strategy has evolved giving a ratio between customer care managers and members of 1:300. The plan is to give each member a bespoke and dedicated service. You will be able to phone or email your dedicated Customer Care Manager and receive an answer almost instantly!

This new structure also gives Business Members a dedicated service designed to maximise their results from advertising or other business strategies connected to me2everyone. This is going to make retention of business members so much easier and therefore maximise the level of profits to be enjoyed by our shareholders.


FREELANCE?

Yes! When launched in April 2009 this will be an independent business with each component returning up to GBP £4500 income working just 2-3 hours per week. Components can be interlocked to create a business from a few spare hours to a new full-time venture creating up to GBP £81,000 per year. The business licence and support fee is low-cost, but even this can become free under our new Advantage concept.

We’ve got some great news today!

Hi!

I am Mike Leonard, one of the Founders of me2everyone. I’m 40 years old and have a wonderful son, sadly divorced but I’m still great friends with his mum. I have a 15-year background in helping entrepreneurs and innovators to launch their own businesses. Sometimes there has been success and sometimes failure. I started my first business when I was 14, importing rare vinyl records from the Soviet Union (as it was then).

My role in me2everyone is to assist the directors in creating the web team and developing the heart and soul of the me2everyone “world”. Over the next few days I’m going to introduce you to other team members, let you know how our plans are shaping up, what problems we face and – more importantly for you – how you can make money from me2everyone!

What I would like to say today is that me2everyone.com has been live for 65 days. In web terms we are a very young company and YES we have made many mistakes. Ouch! I guess we lost a few people on the way. For those of you who stick around, I promise the wait will be worthwhile. Me2everyone has recently increased spending on the website by 400% and we are working with a team in India and also a full-time team in Gran Canaria – people I have worked with for the past 10 years. They have some incredible bolt-on components launching in May 2009: one which we are sure will propel your income from the me2everyone world.

I will tell you more about this when I update you this evening. For now I have to go eat breakfast, then get ready to fly to the UK. There’s time to answer just one question...


HOW DO MEMBERS MAKE MONEY?

Ok... me2everyone will be a social network with some killer features. It’s aimed at entertaining its members and also in creating a framework for business. Over the next 3 years it will become a place on the web where you can do many things and we will explore these over the next couple of weeks.

We have developed some great ways for Business Members to interact with our members – a chance to get the corner-shop or Ma & Pa store onto the web. me2everyone will give every member the chance to make money as business members increase their sales. THE MARKET PLACE

It’s Mike again. Looks like my plans for this morning have changed.

So let’s take a look at how members can use me2everyone to make money. Firstly please remember that soon you will become a registered shareholder of me2everyone: that means that when me2everyone makes a profit – you also make a profit. However, if me2everyone makes a loss or creates debt, then you are not responsible for those losses or debts.

So how will me2everyone make a profit?

Well there are 14 different areas where we can make money, split into 5 zones. As you would expect, many of these areas surround businesses and ways they can increase their sales. However there are other ways we can make money too. More on these later...

THE FIRST PROFIT CENTRE

In May a significant part of the income stream comes online: a business marketplace where businesses of all sizes (everywhere) can create a web presence using a great new tool. It’s a bit like E-bay without the fees. Members (and non-members) will be able to search the site for whatever product or service they are looking for and order direct. Me2everyone gets a commission on all sales made and members will also get a discount on any purchases they make.

Members will be able to make money by referring new business members (commissions will vary). Sales in the marketplace create an income for me2everyone and this will be shared with our members – both as a monthly income and as a growing company value.


FROM PRELAUNCH TO VERSION 1.5

Date : 25th March, 2009

Unfortunately, as you can tell, there’s not much we can do with this prelaunch version of me2everyone. It simply was not designed for 330,000+ members to have a unique and rewarding experience. We are getting ready to roll out version 1.5 – a new way to explore me2everyone. You should see elements of it arriving next week (or sooner).

The revised front-end will cure 90% of member and visitor questions and free-up the teams time to fully develop the customer care network. There will be a small number of changes in the members’ area ahead of a full version 1.5 upgrade later in April, where you will be able to interact with your friends.

Also being prepared is the new upgrade portal which is dedicated to the needs of Global Exec, Advantage and Customer Care Managers. As you have also heard, elements of our Business Portal (the marketplace) are following in May.

Will version 1.5 be the 3D version?

No, not yet. Version 1.5 will evolve into version 2.0 first – one which is a 2D version of what we’re aiming for. Once we know that environment is stable, we will begin to move towards version 3.0 (3D) which is a hybrid between the 3D world and the 2D.

Why not do a fully immersive 3D? Well firstly there are the infrastructure costs for me2everyone and bandwidth issues for members. Secondly that would also require a download and this begins to restrict the market. Whereas our version combines the speed of function of a “point-and-click” website that business users want, with the graphics element that creates a familiar feel for shoppers and members alike. Next add in the powerful ownership aspects that are possible in me2everyone and we feel long-term this can compete with the highest trafficked websites out there.

RIPPLE UPDATES - IMPORTANT INFO

Firstly our apologies for the absence of news. Some days there is absolutely nothing to report and it's been like this for nearly a week now. But we know that most members are hungry for some news and so from now on we're going to fill the news section with random pieces about the people involved and give you a few teasers for the future. Hopefully quiet spells will be a thing of the past


RIPPLE UPGRADES

Remember the Ripple membership? Well this was something that some of the first 96,000 members became excited about when we launched in January. The concept was to provide many benefits from the future of m2e by upgrading and being one of the members who helped put the Customer Care network together. We also created a wonderful 100% commission structure for any member who introduced a Ripple member.

The good news is that from tomorrow the first part of this Ripple commission will be paid - some 33 million bonus shares will be added to some people's accounts. We will also provide all introducers with a certificate. The whole process is expected to be completed by Friday.

RIPPLE PAYMENTS

Ripple members may remember that in February our payment processor PayPal pulled the plug on me2everyone as the volume of transactions went beyond the level they were comfortable with. For six weeks we provided them with all the information they requested in respect of the business, but unfortunately they decided that they did not want to be involved in me2everyone. Hopefully as me2everyone expands across the next few years PayPal will come to regret this decision.

For those members wanting a Ripple upgrade we will be writing to you soon to provide the range of options available to you now.

From Tuesday bonus shares will be alloted to anyone who recommended a member who purchased a Ripple Upgrade.

THE MEANING OF FREE Date : 31st March, 2009

A handful of people have suggested it's time to start exploitig the 360,000+ members we have online now. Some suggest charging an Administration Fee, others suggest a "How To" guide. This handful of people suggest that you pay anything from GBP £3.00 to GBP £300.00...

I guess it means they missed the dictionary definition of "FREE"

me2everyone membership was designed to be FREE and its part of the strategy that has brought more than 360,000 members into me2everyone. I guess it means we are doing something correct Membership will continue to be free, but their will be optional upgrades and business licences for members to consider. There will also be a business membership and we forecast 5.4% of our members will want this benefit. We will tell you more about this in a few weeks time.


UPGRADES and BUSINESS LICENCES

Launching in April is our Customer Care Network - a business upgrade that puts you in charge of a few hundred (or a few thousand) members. It also gives you an income from every new Business Member that your group discovers.

Membership of the Customer Care Network is one of the optional upgrades that we have developed. The fees generated from this will be spent upgrading the IT infrastructure and employing an internal web development team of 100+ people: enough to ensure that the website has 24/7 support and that all components that make money for members are in place.

We have a number of payment options for members. These include:

1) Most major Credit and Debit Cards (we have our own shopping cart and merchant account now)
2) Bank Transfer to our UK banks
3) Alert Pay
4) Money Bookers
5) Solid Trust Pay
