1. TASTER PARTY 10 PACK ORDERS---10 MORE ARE LEFT..(We were able to pick up some extras)....

2. BASIC PACKS START SHIPPING THIS FRIDAY!! COME HAVE FUN AT OUR SATURDAY SHIPPING PARTY... starting at 10am until it is done... come join Roger, Rob and the team as we continue to get 1000 packs ready to send out the door. 3920 East 400 North in Rigby... at our new (temporary) headquarters. call 208-745-7100 for details.

3. YEAH!!....THE NEW BACKOFFICE IS UP!!!!.

The old site has been merged with the new site....and there are SO MANYnew features...and a ton of information OF Course as with every new item...we are getting the bugs worked out. Another couple of days...and it should be running smooth.

4. COMPUTER AUTO-PLACEMENT WILL HAPPEN THIS SATURDAY. Therefore, place your personal referrals in your group...or the computer will. (top down---left to right). From then on...any personal referral not placed by you after 72 hours, will be placed by the computer into your organization.

5. THE OWNERS PROGRAM WILL START THIS NEXT WEEK. Further details will be announced on the call on Tuesday.

6. THE FOUNDERS CLUB QUALIFICATION IS BEING EXTENDED UNTIL MAY 6, 2011. (OUR OFFICIAL LAUNCH DATE) Build your 300 teams, get your 30 personal referrals to qualify to receive shares in 1% of the total gross product sales... FOREVER!!!! SHIPPING-MERGE UPDATE NEWS....



1. 5 TONS OF PRODUCT GOING OUT THE DOOR THIS WEEK---Finally, our very own new shipping/office has been setup, and we have received the packaging, product, etc. and we are shipping over 5 tons of product out this week, including Basic Packs, Taster Party 10 Packs, and of course more Free Sample Packs. (over 6000 units) It will take us the whole week.

2. Next week we will be shipping out the Seychelle Water Bottles, and be getting ready to ship out the Family Starter Packs, followed by the Super Basics Packs 1 & 2.

3. 24 HOUR SHIPPING. After this, we will be able to ship products within 24-48 hours!!! HOORAY. It is so nice being in our own facility.

3. FREE SAMPLE SHIPPING PROBLEM: Though the vast majority of people have received their Free Sample orders...we were concerned that many had still not received their Free Sample packs. The problem we found out yesterday.... is that the US post office is throwing away a lot of our Free Sample packages...perhaps as much as 5%-10%.

As I was talking to our local post office person, who I know personally, she informed me that they had a lot of packages that had been returned and were sitting in the back and she wanted to know what to do with them. Did I want them? I said, of course. She then said that it would cost me $4.90 per package to get them back. I was flabbergasted. I asked to see why they were being returned. She showed me one of the packages. It had been handled so rough, that the label had been partially ripped and the address was unreadable. Others were deemed undeliverable for one reason or another (no such address, etc.), She also informed me that because these were bulk mailed, that they were not handled well.

And so, here were a couple of hundred packages that we paid good money to be delivered, and for some reason were not delivered. And in order to get them back we have to pay again. It would be cheaper for us to just send them out again...using a different shipping system. With all of the problems with the Free Sample Pack and the USPS...we are re-evaluating it and changes will be made in the near future. HOWEVER,.... IF anyone has ordered a sample pack prior to April 8, 2011 and has not received it yet... please send an email to: missing@freefood2go.com. We will then re-ship them.

4. SYSTEMS MERGE ALMOST COMPLETE!! The old and new websites backoffice merge is almost complete and the debugging process should be completed within the next couple of days. Once everyone who should be an Associate, has been set to Associate...then we will start the auto-placement...which should then increase everyone's Free Food Credit earnings.

GOOD NEWS IS THAT IN A COUPLE OF MORE WEEKS... WE WILL HAVE THE WEBSITE UP AND RUNNING SMOOTHLY, A NEW SUPPORT CENTER AND SHIPPING CENTER THAT IS SHIPPING PRODUCTS IN 24-48 HOURS, A NEW WEBSITE DESIGN LOOK, OWNERS PROGRAM UP AND RUNNING, FREE FOOD CREDIT PRODUCTS BEING SHIPPED, 20 NEW PRODUCTS ONLINE... AND ESSENTIALLY BE GETTING READY TO MOVE FROM PRE-LAUNCH.... TO OFFICIAL LAUNCH.

Back Office tour

How to identify your FREE food credits.

ORDERED-PENDING means you've ordered your product and the Free Food Credits have been calculated but you haven't yet been charged for your products so you can't spend your credits yet.
BILLED-COMPLETED means your products are paid for and shipped, and you can spend your Free Food Credits
New information on how to spend your Free Food Credits will be coming soon in an email.

How to place your new Associates

From your Associate Back Office, click on the tab that says "Assoc. View Tree." Scroll down and click on the blue words that say "You have (number) of personal referrals..."

A box will open with "Your Personal Unplaced Referrals." You'll see their number, name, and join date. Then you can input where you want them placed. If this box does not come up, make sure your browser is either Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. It will not come up at this time in Internet Explorer.

If you put them in a position that has already been filled, you'll get an error message--"That position is filled." If you place them correctly, you'll see a message that tells you that you have been successful in placing them.

To make your back office work at its best, make sure that you have Free Javascript downloaded on your computer. Simply Google it, find it, and download it.

Make sure your status is correct in the Back Office
If you log into your back office and cannot see tabs that an Associate should see like Personal Referrals, Assoc. Tree View, etc. This means we have you registered as as a Customer.

If you have paid your $4 to become an Associate, please send an email to Support@freefood2go.com and put in the subject line: Attention Rob & Jeannie/Green. This will let us know that we need to get you registered as an Associate so you can see your whole back office, place those you enroll, and order your Free Food Credits.

OFFICIAL LAUNCH DATE ON FRIDAY MAY 6.... LOOKING GOOD!
With all that is going on....and there is a lot... We are right on schedule for our official launch on May 6, 2011. The website is coming along, the special programs are being implemented and debugged, the warehouse with 24 hour shipping is being set up and the problems are being worked out, the call/support center is being setup, marketing tools being prepared, more products are getting ready to be added to the store, and a whole host of things are getting ready. We are working 18 hour days as we encounter the "dragons" and slay them. WE ARE TIRED...AND SOMETIMES FRUSTRATED...BUT WE ARE ALSO VERY, VERY EXCITED TO SEE THE DREAM COMING TOGETHER.


1. AUTO-PLACEMENT GLITCH. There is a glitch with the auto-placement program module... it should be fixed today and will probably be run later tonight. (we are running lots of test runs to make sure it is working correctly.) It has delayed everything a couple of days.


2. OWNERS PROGRAM START. The start of the OWNERS PROGRAM... is now tentatively set for Tuesday (tomorrow) it depends upon the getting the auto-placement to run correctly. Be on the call Tuesday for details.


3. NEW WEBSITE DESIGN BEING UPLOADED. You can see the progress being made on the new design. It is not finished yet....and will be continued to be upgraded the rest of the week. We are especially very excited about the plans for the Learning Center. Videos, Chat Rooms, Blogs, How To Videos, Training Tools, etc.


4. MORE SHIPPING TODAY. Some of you will be receiving your Basic Packs today and the rest by the end of the week. Some Taster Party 10 packs went out also last Friday... but most will be out today and tomorrow. Also, the Sample Pack re-shipping will take place on Thur. We have about 160 people, about 8% of the sample packs that apparently did not reach people.


5. MANY MANY THANKS FOR THE HELP. This is the true essence of a co-op. We had wonderful volunteer crews in on Friday and Saturday working on shipping and getting things out the door, and we had a great but very, very busy time. After we hire more staff, we need to perhaps have a weekly party/get together anyway for people who want to stop by. One of the things we will be doing is some cooking with food storage shows...which will be a fun excuse to get together.


6. REMEMBER TO WORK ON QUALIFYING FOR FOUNDERS PRE-LAUNCH PROFIT SHARING PROGRAM. Remember, if you personally get 30 Personal Referred Associates, and you have a total of 300 people in your referral group... you qualify for life to share in 1% of the total gross product sales of FF2G. This could be worth millions.


7. EASTER SHUTDOWN... We will be closed on Good Friday, April 22. (some of us will still be working... but no support calls will be answered.)


8. AS PROMISED....WE HAVE ALREADY ABSORBED A 5% FOOD PRICE INSREASE!!! Yes, we expected it and planned for it. There has already been a 5% increase in food costs....and we are not passing it along. While other companies are running out of food...We planned and have prepared to absorb up to a 20% increase in food costs this year. Our commitment to you is to keep our prices the lowest possible.


9. SHIPPING PRICE INCREASE...as everyone knows, gasoline prices are going through the roof...as much as 25%. We have also absorbed most of that cost as well. However, there will be a slight increase on shipping costs on a couple of items.
