Wow, what an amazing couple of weeks. As you know, we have had a tremendous spurt in growth and honestly this is only the beginning. We are in pre-launch so this phase is very important to all of us. We received more than 2000 emails in the last week. More than I had anticipated.

This has been fantastic feedback. I want you to know, we read every email. More importantly it helps us pinpoint the most important areas to work on first.

We have also noticed there are many questions being asked that are answered in the back office. Please take a moment to go through the information located there. Encourage others to do so too.

As a member, you get to shape our company and everyone is counting on your participation (there is a link to a very quick survey in this email).

First off, I apologize for not being in communication more! In case you didn’t know, roughly 4 weeks ago I was hit with a very stubborn kidney stone. Very painful indeed. It took nearly 3 weeks to pass. Multiple trips to the ER, several blackouts and finally, last Friday, it was over with! Phew!!!

Anyway, back to Mach speed. I have been working away this last week to catch up. We have many new staff members and I was the weak link since it was up to me to get everyone up to speed by answering their questions so they better know how to help you.

As you can imagine, we now have 36,000 members and with the things you will see coming out over the following month, you will see some very rapid growth begin.

An update on some things you may be wondering about…

1. The co-op did sell out and the final members that needed a little extra assistance getting registered are now all in. As I mentioned in the email about how this will roll out, we have begun. Those of you that are enrolled will be getting an update from me.
2. We have an amazing release coming up in the next week. As a member of The Customer Advantage you will receive Video email and Video Conferencing. Many people use this type of service already and pay 30, 40, 50 even 100.00. Because you are a member of The Customer Advantage you will have this for FREE! And you can give it to others for FREE too (they do have to be a member of TCA) a great tool to introduce others to TCA with.

Some highlights of the service

1. It’s FREE to TCA members.
2. Video email (you can upload any video you like from your video camera, PowerPoint, web cam etc. and email to any email address you choose. Share family videos or business videos. Be notified of who opened the video and even know how long they watched it.
3. Host your own Video Conference with up to 50 (fifty) other people. The people you invite do not need to install any special software or hardware and it is FREE to them too. This is a very state of the art technology, while streaming your own video chat you can share your desktop, transfer files, collaborate on a whiteboard, instant message with one or all in group, even turn over control to another participant.
