Banner rotation sites?? Any good ones you use?

I used to use a site called Stack-N-Track at stackntrack.com

Their site went down back in October and has never resurfaced, it was a
great service and free!

The site let you list as many banners as you wanted and gave you a
image link and target url that you could use with your traffic campaigns.
It worked like a champ, displaying your banners randomly and associating the appropriate url with each banner automatically.

I need a service like this again but can't seem to find one. Anyone got one??
