Here is a nice list of some PPC programs that does pretty good on both revenues as well as for advertisers. Overall these programs are an "ok" and fast method to monetize your traffic.

What about Chitika eMiniMalls? I had a good experience with them awhile back, are they still around?

I've heard good things about adbrite, but never used it. Is it easy to use?

I have tried Google Adsense and Adbright; haven't heard about the other two. Has anyone used them? Any feedback?
