Yeah thats true, do you guys know why paypal disallowed the usage of vcc in their account? Its simple, lets think of this way. Lets say you're making a deal with someone, you're buying things worth of $1000+, and then you are confident that he won't break the deal cause he's a verified user of paypal. But actually, it turns out to be that the person you're dealing with is a 12 year old rascal, or a hacker, he just used VCC to verified himself, you're the one who's losing here. Paypal want the safety of their users, thats why they disallowed using vcc....
