Paypay is not like Paypal. It is designed to help with international bank transfers. You upload money from your bank account to Paypay and then can send them to any bank account in the covered countries. You spare a LOT of money - for example, sending money (the equivalent of $130) from my country to Germany by an international transfer from my bank to the recipient's bank would cost me about $30. I send them by Paypay and the charge is about 30 cents.
You can send money to or receive from anybody´s mobile phone, email, PayPay or bank account, through SMS (text/text message) or on PayPay.com or merchant websites or via PayPayDesktop.
Payments within PayPay worldwide are instant and free (from PayPay account to any PayPay account, to email), or very low fee (to SMS - mobile phone number).
Payments from PayPay to any bank account are much more cheaper than regular bank transfer, especially by international transfers. Funds are added in 0-5 business days.
