I believe from what it says you can join as free member but you won't earn money except some free credits and referrals commission but if you invest at least $5 you would able to earn some profits by surfing through their ads. Let's say you invest $100 and surf 14 sites each day for 14 days and you'll get 40% profit so you get $140 just like that.
