yes after buying vcc to verify your credit card. you will have problem in withdrawing the money. so you end up needing a debit card too to withdraw it. so though vcc is cheap but actually they made you spend on some thing that you really don't need at all. cause it will not be usedful to withdraw money. i have noticed when i try to add another bank account they are only possible to do that for paypal account when you are from USA. if not you must use the debit card.
