They don't send you any DC. You can use their services only if you have a DC or CC already. They can transfer the money from the virtual account to your card. Its a pity they don't display more details on the matter in their site. Really, what are we to do with a simple "rules" that gives us only fees?
Uploading from card to phone is by using your VISA or MasterCard. But you can withdraw only into your VISA.
