I Think It Works Same As Ikobo, They Send You A Card To Withdraw With The Money Only.. Because When I Tried To Apply For It, It Says : Enter GGEPAY Username and Amount to withdraw.
So There Must Be An Amount To Withdraw, I Think You Cant Apply For It If You Don´t Have Any Amount In Your Account.
